If I get my opt-ins on a HubSpot form along with consent to text people on HubSpot do I still have to get their consent through my first ManyChat text to them? 

This is a legal question and depends on the country's laws, so a lawyer would be the best person to answer this.

But in general I’d say you don’t need a second consent if you’re messaging about the same content they opted in and from the same company. I would however add some explanation if they start getting messages from a new number.
