Hello I have the issue of the instagram already connected to manychat, but don't appear in the profile or I'm which part I can guide the client to know which email was activated, or how to delete that connection. I have access to the instagram account 

 

@ricardouy if you don't have access to the original Manychat account that is connected to this page, you'll need to get support to help you with this.

Open a ticket at https://help.manychat.com and tell them about your problem, detailing that you have access to the IG account and that you're the owner.
