If so, you need to comply with the 24 hours rule, and sending the message 48hrs later won’t work.
I suggest you get their contact info (email/phone) and notify them on these channels.

Hi yes it is in instagram, is it possible to set the automation live on Thursday so it’s within 24 hours or won’t it pick up on the previous comments
+6It won’t pick up the previous comments, it only triggers at the time the comment is made.
