i have a free trial running until March 15 but want some of the pro features and cannot find a way to activate pro right now. do I have to completely cancel my trial subsription in order to activate pro.
If I do have to cancel, will i lose all my automations?

Some triggers and functions may be disabled (if they are PRO features) while you’re on the Free version, but as soon as you upgrade they’ll be available again.

how and where do you upgrade to pro? I’ve never seen something so buried in my life. Help me give you money, but where!!!?!!

I have finished my free trial. I want to move forward with the pro account. But it is is counting my 240 contacts as part of my first month. I dont want to pay for a month if I only get 10 more messages. It’s not worth it.

I’m guessing it’ll probably reset the month once you pay…
If not talk to support to see if they have a solution.
The other alternative is to delete your account and create a new one (the downside being that you lose your contacts and automations...)
