Hi Community,
In developing a monitoring system for our flows we encountered that it is not possible to find Google Sheet files in our team directory. We can encounter peronal files, or personal files of team member shared with me.
I was wondering if you encountered this too or know if this is expected behavior? Could also be that we have blocking policies in Google. Will check that out too, just wondering if you had any experience.

Hi,
Yup, that's standard behavior. Only shared or personal spreadsheets appear in the selection. I suppose it's because of security policies and, also, to prevent some kind of overload… imagine you have a shared drive with thousands and thousands of spreadsheets… poor Manychat will need extra RAM just to index it. 😅

Thanks Fabio, defenitely do understand it.
Would need a different feature such that it doesnt fetch all files with access, but as a user you can traverse your personal and workspace folders before selecting.
For now then i know how to move on and keep an eye on the release calender on any changes.
