I actively use Whatsapp with Manychat, and recently the welcome message option has stopped working and has also disappeared from the settings menu. While researching I found a forum, and this has happened before recently, and it is happening again. Do you know how long it takes to fix these types of things? Since the welcome message is a fundamental tool in my business.

Unfortunately, this function is currently suspended by Meta… So it's unclear if this will have a comeback or not.
