Having problems with first automation

Hello people, good afternoon. I'm new to Manychat and I'm having problems with my first automation. I've already done all the automation development and it works fine, but when I publish it I can't get the trigger to be enabled. Therefore, the automation doesn't work. Where could this problem come from? Maybe it's from the Facebook Ads Manager. Here in Manychat I've already tried everything I found, from the button that doesn't respond to me and browsing through different parts, but I couldn't figure it out. Who knows how to solve this?
