I have a Facebook Business Account connected to my Instagram Page. My Manychat account connected to my Instagram - but my Facebook page is not popping up.
When I went to Business Integrations to give ManyChat access to my permissions and settings, Meta would not let me save it. This error message kept coming up despite my selecting the appropriate boxes. Any suggestions? Should I just delete my ManyChat account and start over??

Take a look if your Facebook Page and Instagram are on the same Meta Accounts Center (https://accountscenter.meta.com/).
If they are, it should work fine…

I've had the same problem. Still not working
Similar issue with connecting to Facebook. It show up on my FB as giving ManyChats permission but when i go through MC to connect, it does not give me the option. I do have a professional account and it is wanting to access that account and not my personal. UUUGGGG>……..
