I have some how created to separate manychat accounts 1 for facbook and one for instagram. when i try to delete 1 of them it says if i remove it i wont be able to use it again with manychat. is there a way to merge them? i dont want to loose my page or what can i do. i dont need to pay for two separate accounts i dont think

Hi, did you figure this out? I am having the same problem. Somehow I have a free Facebook linked acct. with no instragram linked and then I know I also have an instagram one and have been paying for it. I canāt even figure out how to sign into my instagram one. I know that is the one that I set up an automation on and I need to update something and canāt find my account.
Go to the one that is āFreeā with the Facebook account linked. Go to āsettingsā, select the āmessengerā channel and select āRemoveā (scroll to bottom). After youāve removed it, go back to the paid instagram channel and re-connect it there.Ā
