I have some how created to separate manychat accounts 1 for facbook and one for instagram. when i try to delete 1 of them it says if i remove it i wont be able to use it again with manychat. is there a way to merge them? i dont want to loose my page or what can i do. i dont need to pay for two separate accounts i dont think

when I delete my manychat and remove it from my facebook and then go back to my paid account and try to add it again it redirects me back to my old “other” manychat account. It is not letting me delete my old account for facebook. How do you merge them!?
Did you remove your FB account from the Free account before connecting it to the PRO one?
Settings/[Channels]Messenger - Scroll to the end ⬇️
Once you do that, it should allow you tu connect the FB page to a new account…
IMPORTANT: Both accounts (FB and IG) must be in the same Business Manager (Meta). Otherwise, it will happen again.

Hi, did you figure this out? I am having the same problem. Somehow I have a free Facebook linked acct. with no instragram linked and then I know I also have an instagram one and have been paying for it. I can’t even figure out how to sign into my instagram one. I know that is the one that I set up an automation on and I need to update something and can’t find my account.
Go to the one that is “Free” with the Facebook account linked. Go to ‘settings’, select the ‘messenger’ channel and select ‘Remove’ (scroll to bottom). After you’ve removed it, go back to the paid instagram channel and re-connect it there.
