I recently hit a glitch in the system. 

My automations were running just fine and one day my account disconnected. 

I reconnected the account, however this is happening. 

My key word automations will start, but then after the lead clicks on the button, the second message (for all automations) will NOT send. 

Has this happened to anyone, and if it has, what have you done to resolve this issue?
