So this is the message I get when I try to log into my many chat account and link my Facebook/instagram! It was working a couple of weeks ago and so I have no idea what's going on.
I’ve emailed support/ticket created and they keep telling me my data was deleted! I didn’t delete or request for it to be deleted. Also, I’ve don't some research on here and it says accounts can’t be reactivated past 90 days…. my account was much less than 90 days old!
I’m going around in circles here as now they tell me I have to create a whole new Facebook profile, but my instagram business page and Facebook business page are all linked to my personal Facebook!
