I have a fitness business where I sell coaching and low ticket programs on my app. I have about 13,000 contacts from instagram on manychat and I am unsure on how I can optimize and monetize these contacts. They feel like a waste because I heard there was a 24 hour rule where I cant even message them anymore. Please help Im paying over $150 a month for these.

The only way you have now is to get your audience to re-engage with your bot organically, I’d suggest you focus on Stories and other content inviting them to DM you and restart the conversation.
Once they do, make sure that you have a multi-channel approach so you have other ways to contact your audience.
The easiest one is email, and you can integrate Manychat with your email software or use Manychat’s own email solution.
You can also use SMS and Whatsapp, if they’re relevant for your audience.
With the multi-channel approach you have several channels to contact your audience, and are not dependent on reengagements.
Dang that sucks! lol. I am just going to delete all the contacts then because that seems extra as heck. No point in paying 150 compared to 15

Try to go for the multi-channel approach going forward! It’s waaaayyyy more productive than just the ‘comment + get lead magnet’ strategy. With this strategy you can’t build a relationship with your audience in the long term, which is what will make you most money at the end of the day.
if you have more than 10k followers you can create a channel on instagram.. invite them all to that place.. share information there and make them call you on DM.. this will be a good use of manychat.. there are some things you can do to ‘clean’ your contact list no Manychat as well.. I hope this helps.
