How I can notify customer/client once someone is assigned to the conversation? Example, i respond to the conversation automatically i get assigned and the customer/client gets message “Fratello is assigned to the conversation”?

You’ll need build this.

For example, you can create one flow per agent, and each agent would need to send this flow to the user before starting the conversation.

The flow would assign the conversation to them and trigger the message you want to be sent to the user.
