I have a Facebook account (my personal name) with a Business Page (my business name)
When I subscribed to ManyChat, I paid for the Pro version for my Facebook account, but the Business Page did not upgrade as well. I thought this was one account.
Do I need to pay for 2 accounts?

Yes, you do.
One Manychat account per Facebook account.

Your personal profile is used to log you into Manychat, but it does not have automations. So you cannot have a Manychat account (ie automations) on your personal profile.
An easy way to know the difference between the two types of accounts is that Personal accounts have friends, while business pages have likes and followers (and DO NOT have friends).
If you paid to a PRO subscription, it's most likely tied to either a Facebook Business Page or an IG account.
I suggest you check exactly what you have, and if necessary disconnect anything you're not planning on using and connect the right accounts.
