help with whatsapp

Have you done a simple ‘hello world’ test if it’s connected properly?

By the end I do a simple message test to make sure it’s working, with a simple “hello world” type message.

My WhatsApp is connected, I haven’t done anything to business verify.

every time I get a message I see it, but the ones I send the recipient doesn’t see on whatsapp

I see messages from clients but they don’t receive mine….

Hey ​@BoliviailVisa if the hello world isn’t working, then I’d check the connection to make sure it’s working properly, and try to contact support.

This is the first step, the simple keyword + message trigger has to work. If it doesn’t support has to look into it.

And you don’t need to have the account verified for this to work, you can use the unverified account and it should work.
