I have set up an automation to send a DM on Instagram when someone comments with a specific word. In the flow, within the DM, I see these metrics. It says it has been sent to 186 people but only delivered to 77. Why is that? Are 109 people not receiving the DM? Or does it mean that it has been sent to the 186 people but 109 people have not yet accepted the message?
