How can I activate an automation in a free plan?
My trigger doesn't utilize any advanced features; it's straightforward (comment “XXX” to receive the XXX link in a direct message).
I was under the impression that the free plan supports up to 1000 users, but only a few people have interacted with my message on Instagram so far.
I appreciate any assistance you can offer!

How many keywords do you have on your account?
You can have up to 3 on the Free plan - https://manychat.com/pricing
I think there are also limits on the number of comments triggers you can have on Free, even though I cannot find documentation about it right now.

I’m experiencing this same issue. I only have 2 keywords and nothing else (so far) set up.
