Are there professionals who I could hire for an hour to teach me ManyChat and troubleshoot issues?

I’m 90% sure this issue isn’t something I’m f-ing up, but it could be. I’m at a dead end -- no product support.

I posted to the forum but didn’t get a response.

How can I hire a pro? 

Any saints out there willing to jump on Zoom?

What is the problem you encounter sir?

That first button doesn’t work when I test it from another account. In the MC simulation tool, it works fine but on Instagram, the screen simply refreshed when I click the button and nothing else happens.

The follow-up/non-response message also does not send.

Thoughts? 🙏

Sometimes there are connections issues that get sorted out through the troubleshooting.

 

Also, keep in mind that the comments trigger works only for the first time per each trigger per user.
