How can I notify someone else within messanger that a chat needs attention?

Hi,

I manage the technology for my business (website, punchout, and social media integrations). I am not the person that responds to customers. Our owner and social media person does.

I have a quick response in messenger for “Live Chat” so the customer can signal that they want to speak with someone directly.

How can I make that message notify or standout to my owner or social media person so they know that specific chat needs their attention?

They do not use the ManyChat platform and wish to keep all their communication within Meta/Facebook.

Thanks

Hey, @Mike0908!

As you already manage the tech for your business, you can easily integrate this Quick Reply to an Action Block with an External Request sending the contact's info to your social media person.

If your messaging tools or CRM doesn't support direct webhooks, you can always use Zapier, Make, n8n or any other automation tool as “middleman”.

Hope this helps
