​@NovaFinance360 you should be able to see the entire conversation on the Live Chat.

Are you looking for closed conversations? Try going to Contacts, select a contact that you know got the message, and click on 'Start Conversation' to go to the Live Chat.

If you're not seeing anything it's likely that people are not getting your messages.

I can see them by selecting All, but still getting 0 on chats count. Is there a way to appear the chats count in the list?

​@NovaFinance360 go to Settings > Live Chat and set it to ‘Any message opens a conversation’

An extra tip: If you would like the conversation to appear as open immediately after sending the flow, add an action step to your flow: "Mark conversation as open".
