I’m starting the WhatsApp conversations sending a flow to subscribers. That flow is sending a template message.
The problem is when I enter the Live Chat, I don’t see any conversation started, and I can’t review what the users responded.
Is there a workaround for that? Thank you.

Are you looking for closed conversations? Try going to Contacts, select a contact that you know got the message, and click on 'Start Conversation' to go to the Live Chat.
If you're not seeing anything it's likely that people are not getting your messages.
I can see them by selecting All, but still getting 0 on chats count. Is there a way to appear the chats count in the list?

An extra tip: If you would like the conversation to appear as open immediately after sending the flow, add an action step to your flow: "Mark conversation as open".
