If you want to do it with Messenger contacts, you must create a DM List and they must opt-in in order to be able to receive something outside the 24h window. Here you find how to do it: https://manychat.com/blog/pt-br/how-to-broadcast-with-facebook-messenger/
For Instagram it is similar, but the IG DM List feature is currently in beta and new request are currently on hold…
