When it collects phone information, I want to transfer the phone number somewhere, how do I do this? Do I have to use another application? Is there no way to forward it through Manychat?

“+ Actions”
You’ll see the ‘Make External Request’ option there.
To enable Google Sheets you need to go to Settings > Integration and enable Google Sheets first. Then come back, “+ Actions” and you’ll see the Google Sheets options as well.
For Zapier and Make you also have to connect them before they show up on the Actions block.
+7- You send it to a Google Sheet using Manychat’s native integration
- You can send it to another application using Make.com or Zapier
- You can use Manychat’s external request to connect to other services directly
