When it collects phone information, I want to transfer the phone number somewhere, how do I do this? Do I have to use another application? Is there no way to forward it through Manychat?

  1. You send it to a Google Sheet using Manychat’s native integration
  2. You can send it to another application using Make.com or Zapier
  3. You can use Manychat’s external request to connect to other services directly

But I can’t find that ways after AI Step

“+ Actions”

You’ll see the ‘Make External Request’ option there.

To enable Google Sheets you need to go to Settings > Integration and enable Google Sheets first. Then come back, “+ Actions” and you’ll see the Google Sheets options as well.

For Zapier and Make you also have to connect them before they show up on the Actions block.
