Hi,
Short answer: you can't.
As soon you connect a phone number to WABA (WhatsApp Business Account) API, it will not work anymore with the App.
Meta is currently testing some ways to enable this, but it's still on beta and may take long to be available to everyone.

Meta is working on allowing co-existence (API and Business app at the same time), but it's in closed beta at the moment.
My suggestion is that you use Manychat + the Manychat Live Chat app in your phone to reply to your customers personally.
