I just joined Many chat because our Instagram and FB ads get a lot of comments for information. Instead of replying individually, we want to send them a message. I watched a bunch of tutorials on how to obtain the Json code but when it comes to actually finding the code, it’s not where it’s supposed to be. Do I need to create the campaign with the consideration being the message first? I have campaigns running but not with that consideration. Could that be why I can’t find it?

When I do set it up, will it only work for people who click the ad? Or can I set it to work on people who comment?
