I'm trying to understand something about AI Step
I put a very specific trigger that only if a customer asks about our products will activate the AI Step.
But in practice, every message that is received activates the AI Step and the AI answers in my place.
I couldn't understand what I did wrong, but how do I solve it so that only if they ask questions about specific topics, they will get the answer from the AI?
