I’m trying to hack Smart Delays and follow up with someone via Instagram DM’s. I don’t necessarily need them to reply or take action. It looks like the users are going through the delays but for some reason they’re not being pushed into the next action which is another DM. Any thoughts on another way to accomplish this or how to fix?
You’re going over the 24 hours and the message is not being sent.
There’s a 24 hours rule by Meta, you can only message your contacts if their last interaction was within the last 24 hours.
Your flow takes them to day 3, so the message won’t ever be delivered unless they interacted recently with your bot.
You need to keep all follow ups within the 24 hours windo.

Hello everyone. Am I understand it right? So we need to put smart delay on 24 or even 25 hours? Because I usually put 22 hours smart delay, and the followers dont receive my massages , and automation just stop at some point. So is it better to input 25 hours of smart delay ?
