​@Aishwarya the easiest and fastest way is to setup conversion events in Manychat. This is an option on the 'Actions' block:

This will give you simple analytics in your Manychat Dashboard (click on Home > See Insights, and scroll to the bottom), like this:

If you need something more robust, you have to build it.

The 2nd easiest step is exporting it to Google Sheets. This is fast and straight forward, and Google Sheets allows you to run all metrics and calculations you want (and even integrate to Looker Studio if you want).

If you need more you can integrate to BI or Dashboard systems and build as you need.

For example, I have a system for a client where we export all AI conversations log to a custom database for post-analysis (for stats and improvements).
