How Do We Contact ManyChat???

It amazes me that a company known for chatbots does not have a chat integration built into their platform. I have a question that I would like to talk to an actual human being about, but I can’t find a way to do that. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    I have a Pro account and no ‘get help’ or option to chat/email anywhere on my account.
