How Do We Contact ManyChat???

It amazes me that a company known for chatbots does not have a chat integration built into their platform. I have a question that I would like to talk to an actual human being about, but I can’t find a way to do that. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

My Instagram automation “Say hi to new followers” is live and published, but it is not triggering when new users follow the account. I am not getting any help from the chatbot it is saying the same thing over and over again.

I’ve already verified the following:

  • The automation is published and has no empty/incomplete blocks
  • Instagram message access is enabled in Instagram settings
  • Permissions have been refreshed in Manychat
  • The automation has been tested with a second Instagram account

Since the setup appears correct and the trigger still does not fire, I’d appreciate a deeper review of the automation behavior on the account. I can’t seem to reach a real human i am constantly getting reply from an AI that has absolutely no idea what i am talking about!

Hi ​@oe service , please remember this a Beta feature which means sometimes does not work as expected. In addition Meta is the one deciding which accounts can have access to it. Its not on Manychat end to provide the access.

Note: The Follow to DM automation triggers only once per follower. If someone unfollows and then follows again, it won’t run a second time. Additionally, Meta allows only one Follow to DM message per user per week. If a person follows multiple accounts using this feature, they’ll receive a message only from the first account they followed. This rule helps keep the experience safe and free from spam.

    I have a Pro account and no ‘get help’ or option to chat/email anywhere on my account.
