How do we link instagram channel link in DM without opening to a new tab ?

For example my automation looks like for stories, where Im basically asking users to join the IG free channel.

But now when they click the link, it goes to a new window, while it should open within instagram channel page directly and let them join.

The new window opening isnt working for channels and users not able to reach the channel. 

How do we make sure, the click opens within instagram and directly goes to channel page instead of opening a new window ?
