hi there. I somehow have it set up that every comment on every post gets an automatic generic message. I would only like messages sent out when I have set up the automation, but I do not know how to turn this off. Can you please help me? Thank you :-)

Hey,
Go to automations tab → My automations → Has active triggers & Post or reel comment
Then, you have to find the automation that had been set to all comments
Let me know if this helped 🫡
This allowed me to find the one that was set to all which I turned off, however it is still happening to every post. Any other tricks?
That’s odd! If you don’t have any active automations, that should be enough to stop it.
Is it possible that you set other tools like Manychat to automate your auto-reply to comments?
