I’m using WhatsApp at the moment here on ManyChat and I’m wondering how the Meta approval of templates work.

You can sometimes send a template for approval and have it approved in just a few minutes, other times it can take hours or a whole day. Does anyone know how this works and why that is?

Is this machine/AI reviewed sometimes and human reviewed other times?

Why does a message get approved in instants while others take so long?

If anyone knows or has any videos/articles to share about it please send them over!
