I am interested in using a feature that allows automatic DMs to be sent when comments are made on specific content. However, I would like to know if this feature also works with Instagram's sponsored posts. If I run an ad on a specific post and someone clicks on the ad and leaves a comment, will a DM still be sent?

Yes! You can use Manychat to help you with the ads’ engagement!
Using Meta ads platform, you’ll need to select the engagement campaign and at the end (on the ad step) you should select Manychat to connect your automation.
