Hello everyone.

I have a query that i have seen its written “1000 accounts or 500” accounts for DM.

For 15 USD plan, if i asked them to comment something to my reel and only 500 people will get DM? 

Please clarify what do you mean by accounts and only 500 people will get DM after they comment something on my reel?

Hey ​@Rajneesh Manychat will automatically switch you to higher plans when you go over the 500.

And just as a reference, it’s not 500 DMs, it’s 500 different users/contacts. You can have as many DMs as you want with each person, this is not measured in Manychat.
