I set up my automation and was trying to add multiple IG reels linked to 1 message. Just wondering how many reels I can set up under the free plan?

The Free Plan lets you create as many automations as you want. BUT, it has a limit to how many keyword triggers you can set (only 3).

Translated: after a week of focusing exclusively on learning Manychat the free version will effectively only give you basic automation services. You won’t be able to send links to people or collect their information in any meaningful way. You can keep someone engaged and get basic information from the chat logs I think. End the automation with clarifying that someone will be with them as soon as possible.

It's not allowing me to set anymore live. It keeps saying upgrade to pro plan.

Please check if you're using a PRO feature in your automation.

AND… the 3 keyword limitation is for the whole account, not just for one automation.

I have the same issue… could you please explain what do u mean by 3 keywords for the whole account? I don’t understand this… At this moment I have 3 automation set up and it doesn’t let me to set up more.

I think from what I understand is that with the Free version you can have unlimited animation flows but the keywords that you use as a trigger has a limit of 3.

Workaround:  For example, you can pick generic term like “Link” and use it for 10 different posts but each post has its own flow response.  Instead of using 10 different keywords, you can use 1 keyword that will then have 10 different flow responses.       From what I understand you can then go unlimited in this and have it set up on unlimited posts. You are just limited to use only 3 trigger words so maybe do ‘Link’ , and emoji and a niche specific word (like ‘DIY’) . Just something that you will be able to use with widespread flexibility.
