Same here tried 2 different desktops uninstalled and installed template 3 times refreshed refreshed google searched emailed software support my ticket is gone getting a nother ticket will call software company tomorrow but i wont knock down my imac this time

Ok I got a reply back from ManyChat and here is how we have to embed from now on:

You can find Growth Tools in your Automations. Please kindly see the screenshot below:

Once you click on "+ New Trigger," you will see the list of your Growth Tools. Check the screenshot below:​

If you need help with locating your growth tools, all triggers can be viewed, created, and edited directly through the Automation tab. To do that, please use the Triggers filter, and you'll be able to see all your triggers within the connected Automation.

Once you have selected your preferred growth tool, please click on any gray area on your screen and the available growth tools will appear in your ManyChat. 

Thank you for the information but unfortunately growth tool access does not show up in the menu choices under automation or anywhere for that matter. I can see the growth tools content on the install page and I believe when i click on installed templates. Also Flows are also unavailable thanks. I am using catalina os i will upgrade that may be the issue

I am simply looking to add the chat bot widget to my website, and change the widget display, but can’t find the buttons or codes anywhere …

What the people here are saying are simply what I had experienced. In an effort to get the json code to paste on my ad, a colleague in the business offered her existing json code.

Unfortunately, it looks good at first until it stopped sending the flows. In that case, inquires in my chat bot got stuck at the starter conversation.

The json code simply do not match the template installed in my ManyChat account. I need the json code that match to my installed template to engage my leads or customer properly before they get lost in the sales journey.

Why is Manychat not providing an say to this request. Add a Chatbot to a website should be an easy button to click. I have it working fine on my WhatsApp and I just need to add it to my Wordpress website.

I have also tried like a full freaking day trying to figure this thing out I cannot find it this doesn't help at all this forum I keep reaching out for help Googling things I have no idea why we can't get the code and an easy way to put this on our website I also think that it's not working if I put it on more than one site. Does anybody have any idea how to do this cause I can't figure it out
