I just set up my first automation successfully with help from this community! 😍 However, now I’m receiving multiple 'Smart Delay' messages triggered after 23 hours, filling up my personal inbox. It seems each test I ran triggered its own 'Smart Delay' message, and I now have about 10 duplicate follow-ups! How can I prevent users from receiving duplicate follow-up messages if they accidentally trigger the automation multiple times by using the same keyword?

Any advice would be very much appreciated!

@MK_CapeTown you can apply tags on the contacts if they trigger automation before.then at the second time check tags with the help of condition...if you could not figure it out, let me know for help.thanks.
