Over the last 2 days, I have gotten comments on my posts for automation to send a DM. On the post, I can see I have comments, but when I open them, nothing appears. In my manychat, it shows 0% CTR so despite there being comments; the automation isn’t going through. Is this a manychat or Instagram issue? Thanks!
This is happening to me as well says I have 100 comments on my IG reel but Manychat hasnt sent any automated DMs to them. Whats weird is that I cant even see the comments when I click on the post so i think it could also be an Instagram issue.
still happening to me. manychat support is not helpful at all just send automated replies. Seems to be a Meta issue https://status.manychat.com/.
