Hello,

Please, I want to connect MannyChats to my Google ads.

I believe this will help improve the quality of leads i get from my campaign because the UI in MannyChat is great!

Any Idea or step-by-step process on how I can do this? Thank you.

While there isn't a single "plug-and-play" button for this, a powerful and robust solution involves combining several tools to create an accurate server-side tracking system, often referred to as "Enhanced Conversions" or server-side GTM.

The advanced approach for truly optimizing your lead quality is to connect the ManyChat API to the Google Ads API, leveraging Google Analytics Data API, using Google Tag Manager (GTM), and implementing a server-side solution like Stape or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The ManyChat API lets you capture detailed user interaction data from within your bot flows - things like Lead Qualification Step Complete or High Intent Action - which are much better indicators of a quality lead than a simple Submission event.

You would set up your ManyChat flow to use the ManyChat API to send these high-value events to a server-side GTM container, which is often hosted on a service like Stape or your own Google Cloud Platform environment.

The server-side GTM acts as a secure intermediary, receiving the raw data from ManyChat.

From here, you use the Google Analytics Data API to enrich the lead data with client-side information that Google needs for accurate matching, such as the Google Click ID (GCLID) and potentially other user identifiers like a hashed email address.

Finally, the server-side GTM then uses the Google Ads API to securely and reliably send your custom, high-quality conversion events - such as your Lead Qualification Step Complete - back to Google Ads.

This process is highly valuable because it allows you to send conversion events to Google Ads that occur after the initial click and after the user leaves a traditional webpage.

This is crucial for ManyChat leads, as a simple initial Conversion event doesn't tell Google which leads are actually valuable.

By using this API-driven approach, you send Google Ads much richer data about lead quality, enabling its Smart Bidding algorithms to optimize for the leads that are most likely to result in a sale, thereby improving your campaign’s return on investment and directly addressing your goal of improving lead quality.
