Hi, is there a way to redirect or mask the ManyChat domain so it shows my own domain instead? If not, is there any technical workaround to achieve this?
Also, in automations using AI, does the AI detect the language of the question and reply automatically in the same language? Thanks!
I want to clarify that my goal is to redirect the URL to my website without "my.manychat.com" showing. I tried as you suggested, but it’s still visible. Could you confirm if this is possible or if there’s another solution? Thanks
Hi, no worries, I’ve already done it. All good, thanks.
A few questions:
I have a WordPress site and want to use ManyChat AI so the chatbot can answer everything from my site—prices, products, about us, everything. How can I do that easily?
If that’s too complicated, how can I add all the info from my site into ManyChat’s AI?
If I buy a WhatsApp Business number, can I take it with me later if I want?
At the moment, Manychat doesn’t allow you to have a website widget, but you can vote here:
If you buy a WhatsApp number through Manychat, that number phone number provided by Manychat will be permanently lost if you remove the WhatsApp channel.
@baker1992 at the moment it’s not possible to have WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp API (Manychat). So you can use the number you have, but you’ll need to disconnect it from the Business App to connect it to Manychat. (There’s a beta allowing co-existence of both, but I don’t think there’s a public timeline as to when it’ll be released for all).
As for training your website with Manychat’s AI, you’ll need to curate a prompt on your own (outside Manychat). You can use ChatGPT and other tools to scrape your site and create a prompt tailored for your business.
