I would like to know, how can I send my users outside 24 hour rule. I used to send them by paid broadcast / messages. But now, if I do broadcast I would only send people who interacted with my page within 24 hours right?

1. Go to Broadcasting and select New Broadcast

2. Select the option Go to Flow Builder

3. Select the option Send outside 24-hour window and the reason

4. Create the flow you’d like to build

I’m concerned about the possibility of receiving restrictions from Meta because I’m sending messages outside the 24-hour window. I watched an explanation video (here’s the link:https://events.manychat.com/recurring-notifications-for-messenger/watch?wvideo=q8f30yi2to#watch-now ), where it mentions needing to get permission for this.

However, in my ManyChat account, I don’t see the section referenced in the video (please see the attachment). I also can’t find the permissions area in Meta.

So, my question is: if these sections don’t exist in my account and I can’t follow the process shown in the video, should I be worried?

 

​@Grigor Manychat had some updates, so that video is slightly outdated

Meta has deactivated that kind of messages

But you can send broadcasts (except on Instagram).

Like I said before, if you select the option “outside 24-hour window”, the reason why are you sending it and following Meta’s policies, you won’t have any issues.

But I have some issues doing those steps. 

Manychat doesn’t let me to create messenger list. Also, doesn’t let me to tag people to send outside the box.
