I’m trying to get SMS up and running so I can finish the campaign I’m working on and start testing it live, but I can’t get Twilio to approve my toll free verification application. Keep getting declined because apparently I’m not doing the right thing for the opt-in workflow.
I include verbiage in the Messenger opt-in step to tell them we’d send them promotional texts like I see all over the place. Apparently that’s not enough, and I need something more thorough to do it right?
What exactly do I need to include/do to make it right?
