I have trouble with manychat.
My situation:
- I paid for pro on Arpil 29, 2024. And I have tried to delete my manychat account on the same day. (cancel subscription, Remove Team, Remove channels) and I got message. “You have canceled your subscription, it will end on May 26, 2024, after which you can delete your account.” <It means that can I use many chat until May 26? or it means that I have canceled my subscription, that’s why I can not use manychat anymore?
- Anyway, I log in the manychat and try to use it, but It does not work.
- My two IG accounts are visible but the connect button isn’t clickable.
- Should I subscribe again? And once I do, will I be able to reconnect my IG accounts to Manychat?
- My account is activate now. However, every connect, activate button are not activating now……
- How can I do? I am troubling my business because of this problem…
