I love Manychat because I can send a thousand freebies to my followers, but then I get a thousand "thank you" DMs and I just can't keep up.
How do you manage those? I receive "thank you" in 3 or 4 different languages.

If you set a tag to the leads that get your freebies, you could create an automation + DM Trigger using the AI option… this should identify when a contact thanks you.
And, right after the trigger, you set an condition only to continue if the contact as the tag you defined
Or keep it without the tag if you want to answer every thanks you receive. 😉
