My business Instagram account was previously linked to another ManyChat account. However, when I log into that ManyChat profile, I don’t see any Instagram account connected.

When I try to connect my business Instagram account to a new ManyChat profile, I get an error message saying:
"This account is already connected to another profile. Do you want to send a request to the owner of ManyChat?"

The problem is that I don’t know which of my ManyChat accounts is the owner. I remember linking one specific ManyChat account to Instagram, but when I log into it, there is no indication that Instagram is connected.

I have tried multiple times to remove any linked websites from my Instagram profile settings, but that didn’t solve the issue.

What should I do to successfully connect my Instagram account to my new ManyChat profile?
