I’m currently using ManyChat to manage my WhatsApp Business account and automate conversations. My number is fully integrated with ManyChat and functioning perfectly. However, I’m looking for a way to export detailed WhatsApp Business insights via API, such as:

• Total conversations (free and paid).

• Categories of conversations (Marketing, Service, Authentication, etc.).

• Costs of conversations (if possible).

The challenge I’m facing is that the number is already connected to ManyChat, and when I try to add the number manually to the Meta Developers App (to use the Conversations Insights API), it prompts me to reset the configuration, which would disrupt the current ManyChat setup.

I want to avoid resetting the number or disconnecting it from ManyChat, as it’s critical for my business operations.

Questions:

1. Is there a way to retrieve detailed insights (like conversation counts and categories) via API without disconnecting the number from ManyChat?

2. Does ManyChat provide any direct or indirect API access to these types of insights?

3. Are there any workarounds or integrations that could allow me to access these insights while keeping ManyChat as my primary tool?
