Hi - I’m new to Many Chat and am trying to set up the following flow;
person COMMENTS on reel or post a keyword
They get a DM asking for their email address
The next message is a link to my e-book (a google doc link)
I thought I did this flow and then when I changed the timing to COMMENT REPLY, I couldn’t collect emails? Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Is this flow possible?

If you use the Comment Trigger for your case, it should be something like this:
You set your Comment Trigger as you wish.
An Action with IG Opt-In is a good practice.
The first message after the triggers MUST be set as "Comment Reply”. This is due Meta restrictions, and it is only possible to set a text with a button or quick reply. The contact has to click on the option to start the automation flow.
After the button/ quick reply you can collect e-mails with the Collect Data block.
When the contact sends an email, he gets the message + button with link to your eBook.
