Hello! I am new to ManyChat and I watched all the tutorial videos they provided. I still cannot figure out how to attach a keyword trigger to a facebook reel? I tried pasting the specific link to the post and it said invalid (which it is not)?
Also, I attached my instagram acount to my many chat account but cannot get it to show up to be able to attach automations to it 😣 HELPPPPP a girl out please :)
+1choose the reel you want (if you’re on PRO you can set this to ANY REEL)
then type the triggers you want
I am on pro and I do not see any of these options. I am clueless what I am doing wrong here.

Does Manychat also show Reels and Post from Ads? Or just organic posts that can be connected? How does it work with ads?
