I have been using manychat for IG reels and they are working out great! The same reels are posted to my linked facebook account. How can I extend the IG automation to FB? I am not seeing Facebook option in my manychat settings;

Once you have it connected, you can start building automations for Messenger :)
And if you want, you can click on the 3 dots on your flow and use the "Convert Channels" option to convert your IG automations to Messenger. Just make sure to test them and connect them to the right triggers after you do it!

That is a great option! I tried it and when I am trying to turn on the trigger I get “Mark this message as a "Comment Reply" if you want to send it as a reply to a post or reel comment.”
Hi to everyone, I am a newbie to Manychat. I have just automated my facebook fan page ( comments) and I want to do same for Facebook messenger and also extend it to my instagram comments . I have seen some threads about this where someone asked about how to extend her instagram reel automation to facebook whereby any comment will receive a response but the reply to those answers doesn’t address her concerns. I am facing similar challenges. Any help?
