Hi, everybody. I run a retail shop and we’re having some trouble to identify witch ad brought a customer to our whatsapp, instagram and facebook account. 

While on meta platform the message come like this:

We don’t have this record on the manychat’s platform.

How can we get the ad id or another info to track from wich ad this customer came?
