Hello everyone,

I’m in the process of creating an automation that responds to FAQ or sends the client to a Live Agent if the issue is not resolved.

I’m doing this by using the AI Step but I haven’t found a way to import my company’s knowledge base into ManyChat.

Does anyone know how I can do this?

Or how else can I train the AI inside ManyChat to answer questions based on my company’s knowledge base?

Hey @Frederico Azevedo the best way around this is using an OpenAI Assistant trained with your company’s details, and connect it to Manychat through external requests and OpenAI’s API.
